I had some time to spare to continue on the Study Room and by far this was so hard for me.
I made these super tiny kettles. It was so hard to stick the wires on the base. My hands were trembling.

Then next came the worst part - bending the wires to turn them into drawer handles! My wires are so crooked :sweat_smile: Now I am so impressed seeing those who worked on this build be able to make it so clean.

After doing the cabinet doors, I assembled the pink cabinet and called it a day.

I still need a lot of practice doing this kind of builds. I am not totally happy with my sloppy job. :pensive_face:

That looks like a very hard process to do. I know that I will be avoiding any kits like this. I just don’t have the strength in my hands to do something like that. They don’t look that bad and I know that you will improve greatly. At least you’re giving it a shot. I know that I wouldn’t have the patience for something like that

You’re doing really well @Jill_Francisco, those tiny wires are so tricky to work with! The cabinet looks lovely, and you should be proud of your progress. It gets easier with practice, I promise!

I have done those cheaper dyi houses with a lot of little wires and glueing small parts together. It is so hard and your hands will shake and always on the moment you put items on each other. You did very well for a first time.

I had to do similar for Cathys flower house. As much as I liked the end results, I was not a fan of the amount of stuff I had to do. I am older, eyesight not as good, and dexterity well, it was hard.

You did a great job! These handles are very hard to make. The end result is amazing and on don’t think it is a slobby job :wink: have fun with the rest of the build :hugs:

I think it looks great @Jill_Francisco I love the green cabinet and those kettles are gorgeous. Once all the study is put together and there are lots of details you won’t notice little imperfections :blush:
