After completing my first two Robotime builds, I’ve learned a few things that I think could help new builders.
One big lesson for me was the importance of paying attention to fit and not rushing steps. Taking short breaks helped keep my hands from getting tired, especially during tighter assemblies. I also learned that reading a step fully before starting makes a big difference.
These builds helped me understand what kind of kits I personally enjoy and how to approach future projects with more patience and confidence. I look forward to building more kits next month. They should be coming in the mail soon.
Hi, I have just finished Mechanical Music Box starry Night ,it was one with more to watch were to put fingers with out breaking stuff, i was good to do
Thank you for the helpful tips. Your kits are beautiful and yes, it’s very helpful to look at the instruction first because sometimes, we are mistakenly fit the pieces that are really not for each other.
yees heavy on the paying attention to the instructions I often zone out or just skim through the instructions just to realize that I did something wrong afterwards, so yes definitely concentration is needed as well as patience
These are great tips, especially taking your time and reading the steps fully. It really makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing your next builds!
