I couldn’t resist and tried coloring the small details on the telescope lens. The paint didn’t stick well because there was already a layer of paint on it, so I decided to use my metallic markers. It didn’t turn out perfectly, but I’m glad the details are a different color so they stand out more.
It looks great I think it is too good at this point
Oh wow!
I really like what you’ve done with it!
You say that it didn’t turn out perfectly, but I say that’s the magic of hand-made customization. That’s what makes it unique, isn’t it? ![]()
I like what the marker did. It looks really good. The details are much better highlighted now.
Wow it turned out great! It looks so unique! ![]()
Thank k you @ThaoNguyen i couldn’t get it better ![]()
It’s true, but i’m a bit of a perfectionist so I get annoyed if it doesn’t turn out perfectly ![]()
I actually think it looks good! Definitely stands out more.
that is why I want to paint the details it gives the buildings much more detail
Fabulous! You are just so good at this!
Thank you @Nita_Davis Unfortunately I couldn’t paint it and had to use a marker which made the edges less sharp
It looks awesome!! You’re doing great! ![]()
Thank you @Atropex ![]()
But it looks great. That’s all that matters.
You put a lot of hard work and heart in this project. I say you did a wonderful job on the painting.
Thank you @mchipman ![]()
Wow I think it looks really good! I really like the way it turned out. It gives the telescope a rustic or used feeling - like an antique. ![]()
That’s perfect @Liset ![]()
well done! I think you should post a photo with something next to the detail to show how small they are! Amazing work and great idea with the metallic marker ![]()
Maybe you are to critical. I loved the way it looks. Makes it look more old and handmade.
Thank you @SunnyCee
I’m glad I tried it again. Even though the lines aren’t as sharp, i think it does look nicer
