Finishing the Baking Kitchen makes me think about my husband. During this time period of surgery recovery, he cooked for me and took great care of me. Our kitchen is a place where he shows a lot of his love and care towards me.
This is going to be our first Christmas together as a married couple. We got married in May and our plan this Christmas is to bring both of our families together for the first time. I’m sure he’s going to do a lot of cooking while I’m still on the road to recovery, and I will forever cherish his kindness and love which are instrumental to my recovery process.
This is such a beautiful reflection. It’s amazing how a build can bring back such meaningful memories. Your husband sounds incredibly loving, and the way he cared for you during your recovery truly shows the heart behind everything he does.
I really relate to what you shared, my husband and I have only been married for two years, and I’m still constantly touched by the small, everyday moments that show how much love there is in a marriage. Your first Christmas together as a married couple, and bringing both families together, makes this season even more meaningful.
Even as you continue healing, it’s clear that the support and warmth you share will make this Christmas truly special. Wishing you both a gentle, joy-filled holiday and many more memories to come….. and more kits for you
Congrats and enjoy this special time. This was my first build and I was hooked. Reminded me of all the special moments with family and friends. Have fun this holiday season and I wish for you many, many more happy years together!
This is such a beautiful and heartfelt story, your Baking Kitchen feels full of love, care, and new beginnings. Wishing you both a very special first Christmas together.
I do miss my family get together in our kitchen. But this year we’re building new memories as newly weds. Thank you so much for your kind words. And it’s cool to know that this is your first build that got you hooked.
