I think I am just a rolife girl. Although this one has a lot of fun things, many are 2D. Not bad quality thus far but lots of waxing and sanding.
There are 2 levels and will have openings in front and back. I painted some of the edges but not all. It is similar to the cottage I made, that shiny covering. Hard to match and paint. This was my progress thus far. Oh and lots of wires and lights! A bit painful there!
Seen this one long ago and still love it but im passed book nooks as they over no challenge anymore. But if i even make again it will be this one.
Same here, I am a Rolife girl. So I tend to compare other brand. (sorry huhuh)

This had alot of detail and some finagled stuff. But a lot of 2d. The wiring was a bit challenging as well.

This is a pretty cool-looking nook. I think @Harley did this one as well. If not, it was something very similar. I think his may have been old western town or something.

Awww…I absolutely love the dog! So many kits have cats…I’m so glad this one has a dog. Of course, I supposed tough cowboys wouldn’t have cats. Haha
I’ve seen this one online and I love that it is different to so many other nooks.
I would be tempted to replace some of the 2D items with one that is 3D (like the puppy). It’s coming together nicely though.

Never seen this one before, i like this theme. You did a great job so far. It is indeed less attractive that all the details are made of wood and it is all 2D.
It’s looking great Jeanne. I admit I have a love-hate relationship with 2d parts. But this saloon really looks great. Good luck on the lighting and wires. They’re not usually my cup of tea.
