Presenting my next build. I’m really drawn to older versions - hand painting the walls, cutting precisely, gluing that sometimes require overnight to make it stand. The instructions aren’t clear sometimes. But who’s complaining? Definitely not me!

I will be following your progress on this as this kit is on my radar.
I know the older kits require more building and putting things together, so I’ve been holding off on getting it.
I hope you have a lot of fun with it.
I love older versions. I believe I have built 5 that required painting the walls. I think I should post about them soon to give you some “push” to give them a try. ![]()
It’s adorable! It has so many little details. The bed looks Japanese-style. ![]()
will post a pic once I made the bed. ![]()
I’ve not done one of the older versions…so I wish you the best of luck.
It’s old kit but so beautiful.
thanks @Nita_Davis ..
You’re welcome. I think you will do well considering your love for these kinds of kits. Much respect!
Yay! Another beautiful build.
I hope that you have fun building it and I’m looking for your updates soon. ![]()
I love the older versions. I made the elegant study. Would recommend that one for sure.

Oh, interesting. I haven’t picked any old fashioned kit myself yet. I’ll be following your updates closely!
Looking forward to your progress @joy.licerio. Happy building.
This one looking very similar tô Anne’s bedroom
I’m with you @joy.licerio I like the older ones too. Although saying that I do like when they precut and fold the paper in the new ones
. Love this one, I haven’t seen it before. That lamp is gorgeous.
I love the challenges that old kits pose. It takes more time to build but I am not rushing. ![]()
