I was able to make some more progress with my magical cafe. It is such a lovely kit but making these tiny items can be a challenge some times. It was difficult for me to fold the top of the paper bags. I guess it looks alright. It is not perfectly how I wanted it to be. But I guess that will do for now.
When I do bags like these, I always lightly score the dotted lines with my craft knife so everything is easier to bend. When I go to bend the top, I’ll kind of poke the middle of each side so they bend inward and then fold the top with a pair of pointy tweezers! Great progress! ![]()
Those bags are not easy to make. I think it was for Henrys Chocolate shop I had to make some. They were challenging
These ones are so tiny and tricky to fold! You did a great job!
I usually use a camera or a short ruler to fold them. The bags look not perfect but ok. It was really a challenge.
They’re definitely so tiny and a challenge but I think you did well. Sometimes being slightly messy makes things more realistic. ![]()
Otherwise I think tips like using a sharp tweezer and ruler are great! ![]()
I tried to use a pointy tweezer and it’s so difficult. Because it’s so tiny, it hard to roll. So with my skills I can only do a single fold. ![]()
With my tweezer and it’s still very hard. The edge looks so messy. ![]()
Thanks @Nectarines . I wasn’t entirely happy with it but it looks like a bag I guess. ![]()
Thanks @ThaoNguyen . It was a real challenge for me with this one.
I think so. But at least I tried doing it and some how it still looks like a bag . ![]()
This looks very difficult to make. Love the little thee pot
This looks like a very difficult model. Looking good. Those little bags are tough to do.
I did the same and only worked so well. I alsoo tried a quiller but that was not long enough. Back to the tweezers!
Wow these details are really small! I think you did a great job on these bags ![]()
It’s looking absolutely lovely so far! Those tiny pieces can be tricky, but your paper bags turned out really cute. You’re doing a wonderful job, @Tricia12
Thanks @Wenbare
