I’m so happy — my prize from the Weekly Story Winners on the Facebook group finally arrived! It’s the Santa on Sleigh Pendulum Balance kit, and it’s absolutely adorable. This will actually be my first Christmas-themed kit, and after seeing the new Santa release today, I feel even more excited to build it.

But… I have to be patient. :smiling_face_with_tear:

Right now I’m in the middle of evaluations and correcting a mountain of school work. Lately, every afternoon after work is just for catching up, and I finish so late and so tired that I have no energy left for myself, let alone for building miniatures…

I can’t wait for this trimester to end so I can finally take some time for myself and dive into my miniatures again. This Santa kit is definitely at the top of my list for when that moment comes!

Do try to take a moment or two for yourself. Maybe a midway stop and breathe! So important otherwise it is easy to lose sight of things! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

You’re right, I really should. I’ll try to pause and take a moment for myself so I don’t get overwhelmed. At the moment i’m like blocked because I have a lot of things to do and I can’t with everything :smiling_face_with_tear:
