I think this model will be an interesting challenge. It is rated at 4/5 difficulty. I suspect the pieces will be fragile in some places. Love the way it looks.

I am not very good at painting. I think I don’t feel comfortable painting this particular model.
I agree that it would look very good with color but I lack the skill, patience, time.
It is actually quite simple to paint everything before you build. There is no need for perfection as each piece will be done separately and you will have perfect lines once installed. If you ever think about painting something, a small build is the way to go. I wish you the best on your new Journey
