More book books

So I’ve done 2 more book books and have realised this really might work out an expensive hobby :smirking_face:.. These are only my 2nd and 3rd ones I’ve built but they are fun to do , and there are some very cute little items in them . So I completed Shakespeare bookstore , and Sakura wine alley . The Shakespeare one has a lovely chair and lots little books . The wine alley is Japanese themed . The thing I like about these book books is they have multiple lights which you connect all together and they have a touch button which turns them all one . These are ones I had as Christmas presents but I have seen so many more I would like to get ..

You did a great job for both book nooks! That’s so lovely. Looking forward to more. Indeed it is a expensive hobby. Haha

Those are some nice Christmas gifts. You did a lovely job. My boys know that these are the only gifts that I want to receive.

I don’t mean pricey as in individual ones I think mainly they range between £35-60 pounds here you can get them on some sites with a bit of discount, and there are a lot of different makes which are cheaper in price, I mean it’s quite addictive once you start building.. I was the same on the minature house I have a whole cabinet full of them  I would be building buying seeing new ones on the Facebook page what people had made buying  it is very enjoyable and my family know I like doing them so now they also buy for me :blush:

Beautiful booknooks.:pink_heart: Great job on making them. They’re worth every penny. :pink_heart:

They both look fabulous. I too love the touch switches.
Yes, this can be an expensive hobby! Welcome to the dark side

I have the same. Luckily my wife also makes 1 or 2 a year. I buy most book nooks from alieexpress when they are on sale.

They’re all SO pretty, such lovely Christmas gifts! :pink_heart:

I love the book nooks too and this is why my bankruptcy list keeps growing. :sob:

Have you tried any of the other book books that aren’t rolife.? Just wondered what the quality was like. I see so many on AliExpress. Yeah you can get some deals on there..

Yeah cutebee and fifijoy are great sites but most book nook kits on alieexpress are fine.

@Michelle_Hawke hi was the Shakespeare one nice to build ? Ive done 1 book nook and the was Alice in wonderland :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

You weren’t kidding about how expensive it is, but it’s so worth it. We have fallen down the rabbit hole of miniatures! :joy:

Yeah it was nice .. Has some nice little items in it.. The nice thing about it is they are very sturdy..

I have a unit full of the minature houses I really enjoy doing them.. They are so much easier now then the old kits.. They used to take a while for me to do a kit as you would literally have to do every thing , paint the boards, do the wiring from scratch, there was a lot of paper in them to make flowers but I really like the outcome and some are super cute  I do have a couplein my summer house I haven’t finished cause:joy: they were super hard , Dora’s loft being one
