Modeling clay is not usually my friend
, but I gave it a go to make these little apples for Henry’s chocolate shop. It’s not fall without caramel and candy apples! The next challenge is trying to find places for all of these treats to live! ![]()

Wow those are so cool. How neat and what a way to use clay!! I honestly haven’t ever used it before other than air dry clay for small stuff.
Beautiful job! I’m just getting started with making clay items for my kits. You’ve given me some great ideas and set a high standard for quality.
These little apples turned out so cute!
They turned out amazing!
Your candy apples look amazing! ![]()
Thank you! Yeah it was just some model magic I had lying around!
I glue so much in place. I would have a hard time removing and replacing!
These are so cute. Lovely details
Wow!!! Those coated apples look yummy!
They turned out absolutely adorable!
@Kerri your candy apples look great on the counter … the boxes and treats look lovley !,
Oh my goodness! I love those candy apples! ![]()
Just a thought, if you want to take the details a little further, you could maybe try a thin coat of clear nail polish to give them a bit more shine. I’ve tried it on air-dry clay before and it helped a little, although I’m not sure how it would work on this particular type of clay. ![]()

These little apples turned out so cute! I love that you gave modeling clay another try, especially because caramel and candy apples are perfect for an autumn chocolate shop. Now the hard part is finding enough tiny spots to display all those delicious treats!![]()
