Yes, because they’re smaller and don’t have anything to connect.

it would be great if they could be linked to expand them. What a shame! But it’s fun to think of them as separate houses that can be stacked on top of each other.
These are great for kids. I think they can build these by themselves. Sadly, I don’t see these models in my country 
They seem to be sold mainly in the Asian market.

Nice little build, It’s a shame you can’t connect them. I’m also very curious how big such a structure is compared to the originals.
