Manta ray finished

Today i finally had some time to build after almost a week.

The assembly was very easy amd quick. In the end i couldn’t find the screws needed for the gold plate on the front. Probably they got mixed with the kther screws and that is why i had some trouble with screws as i think now i may have used them in the wrong place :person_facepalming:. So i need to order 2 replacement screws to mount the plate. All screws look a lot alike so make sure you put them all in seperate containers. I will post a video of how it moves soon

Thanks for sharing! It looks smooth and nice as a build, can’t wait to see that video. It’s always nice to see videos of the builds moving, others than the ones the brand provides with! I guess because the feel more real

So sad to read about your little “mess” with the screws! Hopefully they’ll be able to provide you with the spares needed.

that looks good! any chance of a video?

Very nice! Sorry to hear about your screws.

Wow! Along with the other industrial post I’m really intrigued by the plastic models now!

It’s got a really sleek design and I can’t wait to see the video of it! Sorry about the screws tho.

It looks really cool!

Glad to see your update. I was wondering how your manta ray was doing.

It look really cool and Sci Fi.

Neat! Yes, it is easy to mix up screws!

Thank you. It was a new experience working with a full plastic model.

Thank you.

Yeah the all seem so alike and it sometimes only 1 mm more or less so itlf they mix then youre screwed.

Yeah it is totally different from wood models and much faster. I also like the look if these kits. Wished they took longer to build. I forgot this time to keep all the screws in separate containers like other times so itnmy own fault.

Yeah plastic models are different altogether I guess they can look more polished. Making mistakes is part of the journey tho! As long as you’re having fun!
