Now im bummed i didn’t pick it up on black fridaym a good friend is a bus driver and mad about buses. I will build this one for his birthday next year.

Such a cute build! The London bus looks fantastic, and it pairs perfectly with Sakura Journey. Sometimes keeping the original colours really is the best choice!

I did. I finally figured out that the wood ‘wing’ on the gear next to the vertical acrylic gear were rubbing against it. I sanded them down and it works much better now. I just finished up the kit about 30 minutes ago. Just waiting for some very tiny batteries to come in so I can light it up.
I am so happy to hear that you finally figure out the problem. In my opinion, you can never sand and wax too much. Sides, inside of the teeth’s…anywhere that wood will rub against wood. I can;t wait to see your finished model. Best of luck to you! @eeekthekat
