: I’m almost done with my cuckoo clock but got stuck with the bird not coming all the way out and sometimes don’t go back in or get stuck.
Any advice please?

Hoped u can resolve it soon. 
I had to check the lower wires that push the bird out and pull it back in. I think they may be connected to the shutters if I am correct? I hope that you can find the problem.

We have reviewed the video and it appears that the issue with the bird not coming out fully or getting stuck may be related to the motor (P25) or the circuit board (P24), as we noticed that the motor is unable to reverse direction.
We would kindly suggest that you visit our replacement parts system to request replacements for both parts:

I hope you get it sorted soon. It may be worth checking that the bird mechanism is moving freely and that nothing is rubbing or catching along its path. You could also gently move the mechanism back and forth manually a few times to help loosen it up. Also, is this part here already pressed down? I noticed the bird seems to stop there and then moves again. Maybe that’s where it’s getting caught? Hopefully a little adjustment gets your cuckoo popping out properly!
