How to link previous posts to a topic or a reply

Have you ever wanted to show someone your previous post? Something from your portfolio? a reply? I am going to try to walk you through the process. Please reach out to me if you have more questions!
Whether a new topic or a reply, the process is similar.
I will show for a reply. Start your reply. When ready to add the link, you can shrink your reply box by using the arrows

Next select your Icon which opens your info including previous posts and replies. I will select the first time I did the Christmas street as an example.
Select Activities, then Topics or Replies. You can now scroll through everything you have done! (This is a great thing if you need to go back and edit or delete something too)

Once you find what you are looking for, click on that and it will open your topic or reply.
Select the “link” at bottom of your post.

Then return to your new post and select the link on your toolbar.

a box will open.
Line 1: paste into box line 1 by touching that field. Paste should pop up -select. It should copy the link into there for you. If using a lap top you can push the CTRL and V and will paste.
Line 2 give it a name that people will see. this will appear in colored text.
Line 3 will be submitted onto your post.

This is a really useful tip. I think your way is easier than the way I found. So I will definitely be taking this tip to heart for future posts

It seems a bit complicated but it really goes easy and after doing it a few times, you can do it with eyes closed… well maybe not quite.
