you can take out the flower to test, the string at the top should up & down when you switch on… if work then the flower need to loss a bit for the screw… do you understand what I trying to tell you…?

Your suggestions haven’t worked. I’m so sad…these kits weren’t cheap and I’ve never had a build not work. I’m still waiting to hear from @CustomerService for help.

Do you mean that the metal which cover with the green layer wasn’t up & down when it switch on…? 
Yesterday I was reached home quite late so I don’t time to carry out mine… 
Currently I’m on working… will try to figure out and show you after I reached home if your problem still not solved…
