I’d go with option 1! “How I Ran My First Meetup” sounds so engaging because it makes me curious to know your process, plus I love seeing all the craft details pop up right away in the thumbnail. Can’t wait to watch it once it’s uploaded​

I like “How I Hosted My First Meetup” a little more. It feels more personal and makes me curious to read your experience from start to finish. “Ran” sounds a bit more technical, while “Hosted” feels warmer and fits the community vibe really well. I think either would work, but my vote goes to “How I Hosted My First Meetup.”
