I’m truly grateful to my boyfriend for always supporting everything I do—especially the things that make me happy. From the very first kit I bought up to this day, he’s always been right beside me, coming with me to pick out new ones.
Our small tradition is to visit Popmart together and buy a blind box. Whatever figurine I get decides the theme of the next kit I should build. And on days when I head straight to Rolife because I can’t choose—because I honestly love them all—he’s there helping me, sharing his thoughts, and giving me ideas.
He always finds ways to make my builds even more beautiful, like the one in the photo I posted. He helps me take pictures and videos, and he even bought a tiny motorbike just to make my little garage look more realistic.
I’ve always wanted to be a content creator—unboxing, building, and sharing these kits. But with my hand eczema, I often lose confidence. So he steps in to unbox things for me while I film him, yet he never stops encouraging me to do it myself. His support, patience, and constant motivation truly boost my confidence.
I will always, always be grateful for him.
And also to Rolife and Rokr—for the joy their kits bring and for giving me something that makes my heart feel full. Thank you.

Oh my goodness! That figurine fits so perfectly!! Your partner sounds really kind and supportive thanks for sharing and welcome to the community! I hope to see some more of your builds with figurines soon!
Aww thank you so much!
Yes, he’s really supportive and I’m super grateful. I’m happy to be here too, and I can’t wait to share more builds and figurines with everyone!
Awww I love your story. Your boyfriend is the sweetest. I’m so happy to see someone else in this group owning a Peach Riot I have already posted some of them in this group.
You can still make it as a content creator. I rarely show my hands or face in my videos because I am also conscious of my appearance. But making videos and content also makes me happy that’s why I still keep posting regardless if I get likes or views.
@Rechantress Welcome to the community! I love your post for a few reasons. 1st because he sounds like a special and thoughtful guy!
2nd, you chose the garage!
3rd, you have a female mechanic in there. Years and years ago I went to auto mechanics school. I really loved it and was doing well. Then my school sent me for apprentice job and the dealer did not want to hire me because I was a girl. They thougt I should be a receptionist, even though my instructors selected me as a top student. Needless to say I had to drop. Years later I went to Nursing school and I guess I fix people instead of cars. But I have always loved this and wish times were different 50 years ago!
Hi everyone! I’m so sorry I haven’t been able to reply, I’ve been really busy these days. But I just wanted to say that my heart is so full from all the warm welcomes and sweet messages you’ve sent. It truly means a lot. I’m so happy and grateful to be part of this community. Thank you all so much!
I’ll be posting and sharing my builds with you all very soon!
