@GWVan60 this may be the perfect loophole: it arrives as a kit, but finishes as a tool that helps complete the rest of the queue. Whether it counts against the build-three-buy-one plan may require a very generous interpretation of the rules!

It really is a neat build.
My only concern is that the pieces often fell out of the boards before I was ready to use them, but they are clearly marked thank goodness.
And you need your muscles in some parts ha ha
