Another Japanese-inspired kit is joining my never ending collection and this one might be one of the most unique ones yet! The Nautical Sushi model has 425 pieces, ambient lighting and an actual mechanical system so the whole ship and sushi bar really moves!
I absolutely love how this kit combines a sushi restaurant with a ship-inspired design and intricate moving gears. It’s such a creative concept and there are already so many tiny details I can’t wait to see up close from the lanterns and sushi counter to all of the little signs and mechanical elements
One of my favorite things about miniatures is how every kit feels completely different and this one is definitely unlike anything I’ve built before! As someone who loves collecting Japanese themed miniatures, I knew this one had to be added to my collection
I’m especially excited to watch all the moving parts come together during the build. I have a feeling this is going to be such a fun and satisfying project and I can’t wait to share the finished result with you all!
Have you built any mechanical kits before? Which one is your favorite?
This one looks and sounds pretty cool. I am not a fan of sushi but the idea behind this little Factory is intriguing. I have done a ton of interactive models and if I had to choose a favorite, it would probably be the London travel marble run.
Wow this kit really caught my attention. It looks unique!! I haven’t built a mechanical kit yet but the ROKR Classic Carousel has been sitting in my stash waiting for me so that will definitely be my first
