So. Many. Gears. And now I know why they call it the gear ball challenge. I am just going to pray before bedtime that my garage shows up tomorrow so that I can take a break before I start a ton of painting on this one

No… @Jill_Francisco .all of the inside gears never show once you start building the upper section. That’s why I didn’t paint anything below the surface. The rest I will be painting before assembling as always. I am using a lot of the same colors as you. White, black, red, blue, yellow and silver.

I have put it to the side for now…as I have been wanting to work on my garage…but I will come back to it as soon as I am done with the garage. @Suzanne_Jones

Curious what you will make of this, I personally did not like it very much, but maybe some paint will help to spice things up!

Yes, it does!
The paint will definitely make it look better…but seeing as it is more like a game to play…I will probably gift it to my niece when done.

I’m thinking of making this after the classic carousel but I don’t know how to paint it yet, so maybe you can give me some inspiration 
I will be going back to it tomorrow. I’m doing a little flower before starting back on it. After finishing the garage, I wanted something small before going back to the challenge. @Liset

Oh no! I feel for you. Yes, the garage went pretty quick. Fairly easy build…but I had a blast adding stuff.
