This is a non-Rolife build I’ve been working on since I finished my last.
It’s taken approximately 20 hours after work and on my day off. I have to say there is a lot going on at work right now and I look forward to coming home and sitting and working on my builds while watching the cricket.
It allows me to concentrate fully on what I’m doing and stops the mental chatter.
This build has not been without its problems though.

The instructions said to glue the pillows but I found it didn’t look as I wished, so out come the needle and thread and I hand sewed them.

Another progress shot. I tried to complete one or two furniture items each evening.
I took progress shots to show the maintenance guys at work who ask each day what I’ve done so far.

Couldn’t believe there was one shelf support missing. Old Rolife cutouts to the rescue and I created one myself. It’s had another coat of paint since I took the photo and it’s up against the wall anyway.
Also, I had issues creating curtain hooks out of wire so I use jewellery findings.

All done! Very happy camper.

This is so pretty. I can imagine that it would be hard working with lace. Beautiful job!

Great job @Suzanne_Jones
Being creative makes all the difference. I think each build teaches up something and that includes our own ideas that come to life!

You’re being too modest. I think they’re perfect.

The fine lace was very annoying to work with @Nita_Davis I find that it never sits the way that I want it to

You’re right @jeanneL I am growing and gaining confidence with each build. I’m grateful for the support I receive in places such as this

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that @Jerry_Boswijk Double sided tape sounds great as well, although I don’t mind doing a bit of sewing.

Thanks so much for your kind words @Wenbare
