Hi everyone! Happy New Year! !
I’d like to share what I’ve been working on over the past few days. In the end, I decided on the Alice kit (Book Nook & Wonderland: Fall into Wonder TGB12) —yes, a bit ambitious for my second kit, but I didn’t realize it when I bought it, only afterward
.
I have to say it’s been quite a challenge. It has quite a few flaws, but I’m not going to tell you what they are. Charly has been keeping an eye on everything; in the photo it looks great, but in real life it’s more stressful.
He’s been a bit mischievous: climbing onto the table and forcing me to move things around, which is how I ended up losing a piece—but that actually helped me get creative.
I’ve had a lot of fun… when I wasn’t yelling at my cat
.
I think the result is beautiful, and I’m very proud of myself! I hope you can forgive the mistakes and see the hard work (a joint effort
) and the enthusiasm behind it.
I know there aren’t many photos, but I was totally in my own world… basically, I forgot

Great job on your 2nd kit despite having a cute, curious cat making it more challenging
It looks beautiful, I don’t even notice that there’s something missing.

It turned out so great and you did an amazing job, especially considering it’s only your second kit. Congratulations!!!

You know we don’t see any mistakes here in the group as everything is a labour of love.

Clearly your cat wanted to be part of the creative process too
You can really feel the patience and enthusiasm you put into this build. Taking on the Alice kit as your second project is impressive, and even with a few mischievous interruptions, the result is beautiful. You should be very proud of it

Hi @Jill_Francisco !!
Charly had a great time!
I came up with a little invention! I lost the piece that goes on the teapot, but with some double-sided tape and a piece of cardboard on top, it turned out pretty good hahaha.
Thank you @Wenbare Happy New Year to you too!
And yes, I’m really proud of myself — I didn’t think I’d manage it!!

Hi @Nita_Davis !
The next one is more relaxing — it’s a little bear’s bakery (I can’t remember the name hahaha).

Hii @Robotime !!
Honestly, it was a challenge. I didn’t place some things correctly, but I fixed them and it was fine, hahaha.
When there were only a few pages left, I was already in a good rhythm, and at the end it was like, ‘Wait… am I done??’
The euphoria of having achieved it, of being able to say I completed a complicated kit, makes me feel really good
.
Hi @Jerry_Boswijk !!
Right?? It even looks like he’s helping me, hahaha.
