Finally moving on to the cuckoo clock

After all the New Year’s Eve visitors had left, I could finally get back to work on the cuckoo clock. When I opened the box, I smelled the scent of all the wood. I was instantly happy again

I didn’t get to do much. I painted the plant in two shades of green and made the watermill

My father gave me a small folding table for the sofa. It’s gotten very cold in the netherlands at the moment, and this way I can sit comfortably by the fireplace with my husband

The next step is making the walls, and then the cuckoo clock will start to take shape.

I’m also very happy to be able to start working on the cuckoo again. I’m using this color for the house. I want it to look a bit like a German house.

I think I’ll make the roof dark green, but that might change during construction
