I really don’t mind sewing…but rarely do it anymore.

@Nita_Davis just finished the job, so now i can build, i’m not very good in the machine sewing but i can do little things like fixen things and shorting pants and do what i just did for my son

I am terrible at sewing. It’s a good thing my mom knows how to sew. She mends my clothes every now and then. When I was younger, she used to make me and my sisters Halloween costumes.

My mother only recently retired from being a seamstress at age 80. I learned all of my slowing skills from her at a very young age and made my own wedding dress at 19 @Zoe_Lau

That’s very cool. I don’t think I could ever be that talented at sewing.

If you have the patience to do these bills, you have the patience to sew.

Maybe I’ll try again with something simple one of these days.

Maybe even making a simple throw pillow. Those are very easy to do! @Zoe_Lau

I’ll have to try sometime.

Oh Sofie_Vanderbeken, I feel that struggle! Even the most dedicated crafters have those tasks that feel like a chore, but think of it as the secret ingredient that makes your final masterpiece shine. You are doing a fantastic job, and I cannot wait to see how this piece comes together once the sewing is finally behind you!

I wish I also have skills in sewing. :smiling_face_with_tear: I wish you good luck whichever you’re planning to make.

That’s fantastic, Sofie. Not the most fun task, but it’s such a nice thing to do for your son. Enjoy it as much as you can while you’re at it!
