Wow, you have some serious baking skills! Everything looks absolutely beautiful, and I can see why you miss doing it. Baking and cake decorating really take so much patience, creativity, and attention to detail.And I love that you chose TESDA to pursue your passion when culinary school wasn’t practical. There’s always more to learn with baking, so I hope you get the chance to enjoy it again someday.

sis. those look AMAZING. I’m back here drooling behind my screen! you may not be a “professional” per se, but these certainly look professional, and at minimum like a lot of hard work and love went into them. your love of the craft shows - incredible work!
and I agree with @Robotime - going through vocational school is a serious effort and you should be proud, especially considering you didn’t give up your passion.
my passion has always been Music, but I’ll never make it a career, because then the passion will wither away. I get to do it on my own terms, not just to sustain my existence, which makes it so much more rewarding. I don’t know if you feel like that too, but I guess that’s to say that there’s no shame in your passion not being something that brings you income. that’s just capitalism lying to you

Thankyou so much, but the design is a company standard so thats what we follow. I still cant do customization coz thats a lot of work and you need to learn how to draw. professional bakers know how to draw because they do all the design. if you knew Amaury Guichon hes the best
