This is officially my second time customizing a kit… and I decided to challenge myself a little more this time :face_holding_back_tears:
The first time, I only painted one wall. Just a small change.
But this time… I wanted to create something that felt completely mine and brighter! :purple_heart:

For Cathy’s Flower House, I wanted something brighter and more vibrant!:blue_heart::purple_heart:
I’m hoping these bold colors will really make the flowers pop and truly shine :tulip::sparkles:

Every piece I paint feels like I’m slowly transforming it into something new and I love watching it come together! It’s definitely outside my comfort zone, but I love watching it slowly come to life :two_hearts: It also definitely looks a little rough but I hope to customize it more and maybe add another layer of paint!

I’m so excited to see how all the colors come together once the flowers are in place :blossom:

Lovin’ all the colours so far! :heart_eyes: I’m not a huge customizer, I think the Tilt-A-Whirl I’m building right now has been my biggest customized build!

Thank you! Just something to freshen it up a bit. I managed to add another paint coat so it looks a little smoother but I’m using acrylic paint markers which is kinda hard. I need to get actual paint!

Nita and I got our liquid bottles from Walmart. Apple Barrel acrylics. not bad for $ 0.58 a bottle. Can buy singly or a kit. I have the markers as well but have used both.

I will soon! I’m waiting for my kid to stop FaceTiming with grandma so I can take a video of it without them talking in the background! :rofl::rofl:
