I think there are indeed no gears in it. :smiling_face: just the mechanical piece with the bird, but that was not to hard and one of the first things to make.

I did this one as well and I don’t keep the cuckoo in at all times.I prefer hul coming out and making noise when I want and not every hour :sweat_smile:

Yes, I’ve built this one too, and I really loved the process! The little bird is such a cute detail, and it was lovely to see your build process as well. It’s definitely a very sweet cuckoo clock :smiling_face:

@Active_Delay it is funny how a kit can change your feeling about cuckoo clocks once the little bird starts coming together. Thanks for sharing both video versions for builders who enjoy watching the process.

Me too, I’m not good with gear or complicated wiring lights. But part of my mental health excersise is to push myself doing things I’m not good at and learn something new :slightly_smiling_face:, it’s hard but it works :blush:. I’m glad it turned out ok and working :sweat_smile:.

I can’t stand that either. When we have well below freezing temps and I have to drop the faucet (in order to avoid frozen lines)…it drives me nuts! @Active_Delay
