So today I wnt to the craft store (Spotlight) to get something to replace the badly freying cord for the handing decorations for my Fairyland model. I found was looking for fine chain, but they didnt have anything small enough to go through the little holes (reminder pic below).

However, I did find gold metalic thread in the embroidery supplies section, so I purchased this instead. Given that I have a full skein of it, it will be easy to thread onto a needle to create the dangy bead thingies.

I got to the checkout and well what do you know…Kitnapped again. I found this in my basket.

Given that Christmas will be on us before we know it, I felt it would truely be a crime not to pay the ransom.

Hahaha!!! Sounds like me when I’m doing grocery shopping for just onions and tomatoes. Watch when I get home with 3 full shopping bags :joy::joy::joy: that kit is great and timely for christmas

It happens to me when I go to Bunnings (big hardware warehouse that deals in EVERYTHING including a craft section, outdoor living, and even CHristmas and Halloween lights and decorations…No 3D models however). I do in there to specifically buy like a pack of screws for something and I come out with half the store in my trolley. :rofl:

Thats the plan @Robotime. It will go well with the Gingerbread house. There were several other Christmas themed ones, but I escaped from further kitnapping.
