Changed the batteries and now the cuckoo only works intermittently with override switch. Mostly the lights just flash when override switch is pressed.

If the batteries are new, it might be a connection issue since the lights are still responding. Hope you’re able to get it working properly again soon!

These are some of the things to do from past experiences.
- If using USB, remove batteries. Do not keep batteries in there!
- Be sure USB charge is correct amp size.
- Check that cuckoo is not stuck. There is a spring inside the cuckoo part and if it is not set snuggly, can cause issues. Also the tiny bars by cuckoo door can cause issue.
Be sure to make video and send to CS. They are wonderful to help

Do you still have the instruct. From the begin? It says something like place hands at 12H. Then turn wheel until…. It worked for me…. Kind of reset 
and also mind the flashing light..( 2 different kind) with/ without koekoek
