Started working on my Christmas present today, unfortunately none of the functional tests are working.

did you check if all the connectors are fully pressed into place?
Yes, I’ve even had my multimeter out checking voltages.
then it might be a problem with the circuit board and you can request a new one on the site.
Hello! If you remove the battery and test using only USB power, is the result the same?
Welcome to community. I think there’s a problem with the main circuit. Please double-check by using the correct Type-C power supply. If it doesn’t work, contact @CustomerService

Just to let everyone know by way of an introduction, I’ve been building models for over 50 years, I’ve built many ROKR models and before I retired I was an aircraft electronic engineer (avionics) for almost 40 years in the RAF.
I was hoping I could do that but don’t have a clue where to request the board

They are usually very good and the service are very quick.
CS have done their job, they’re sending out all the electronic parts just in case it’s not the circuit board. I have a feeling it may be the battery box as I was getting some odd voltage readings.
We can provide you with a fully tested set of electronic components.
