Cuckoo clock no sound

I just started building the clock. During the test run, I noticed that the sound is only played very quietly. Barely audible. Only if you detach the speaker and hold it directly to your ear. Is there a volume control somewhere?

I don’t think so. You may have a faulty speaker. @CustomerService . I tagged them so they may respond here. If not, feel free to send a message to them.

Wow, same issue here. In fact I didn’t even know that there was sound until I put my ear to the clock and very lightly heard something. I thought there was something wrong. I’m going to use the link and request a new speaker. I hope it’s not hard to replace!
