Hi! After finishing my build the cuckoo is no longer moving 
I disassembled to look at the motors and can’t spot any issues. I attached a video for reference. Thank you in advance! @CustomerService

did you try tapping the stair to activate? I know I turned mine off by mistake. Also something with batteries and USB. if using USB, remove batteries

I can’t see what the problem is. Are the hooks on the front still secure? I hope you get an answer from the customer service soon.
Hi there! The video was taken after hitting the stair. Everything hut the bird moving in and out functions
You can check the power source. If the problem persists even with Type C, the motor or circuit might be faulty. This is because the motor needs to rotate to push the bird out.

Sorry to hear that your bird is not working. I hope Customer Service can help you get sorted soon. Definitely try with the USB-C because sometimes the battery does not have enough power to run it. The clock will still work but the bird doesn’t come out.
I’ve had a similar issue before, I believe it’s the batteries. First the bird dies, the lights then the clocks itself. Hope this helps!

Hello there, We need to perform troubleshooting. Please remove the connecting rods at these two positions, then test if the cuckoo can move in and out normally.
If it can, the problem lies with the connecting rods. If it cannot, the issue is with the slide plate under the cuckoo.
The connecting rods seem to be the issue! Is there a way to receive replacements?

I haven’t tried to build the cuckoo clock. I hope someone here can help you with the issues.
Maybe it’s in the batteries?

I need help with this mechanism too! It appears the spring is not tight enough to maintain tension so the whole pin spins. The cog and motor are working well, and everything moves smoothly when I move it manually. I hope this makes sense!

Thanks for your help, but I sorted it out myself. Slept on the problem overnight and decided glue was the solution.
