I voted for the cuckoo clock. It was a tough choice. The typewriter was really nice too, but I was able to paint the cuckoo clock entirely myself because I had the unpainted wood version. I enjoyed that more than the typewriter. The typewriter came fully pre-painted. I liked the color as it was, so I only painted the edges, which made the assembly process a little less fun for me.

I like the cuckoo clock but I think I will wait for the new Christmas clock that was shared by someone recently. I feel a little more confident after the Christmas tree.

I love the Sakura tree, I have the Dreamy Tour and think it would look good sitting next to that.

I love the Cuckoo Clock - it’s been on my wishlist since I saw it. It’s great fun making beautiful builds, but the idea of making one that actually is functional too is very exciting.

Wow! Your description makes me want to purchase one right away!

I voted for the ROKR mechanical typewriter because it represents a perfect blend of nostalgia and craftsmanship. Unlike modern digital devices, the ROKR typewriter captures the tactile satisfaction of pressing keys and hearing the rhythmic clack of its mechanisms. It’s not just a functional tool but also a piece of art, with its intricate wooden design and gears that showcase the beauty of mechanical engineering. Choosing it was a way of appreciating the slower, more deliberate process of writing, where every word feels intentional and meaningful.

Another reason I supported the ROKR mechanical typewriter is its educational and creative value. Assembling it requires patience and attention to detail, which makes the experience rewarding and teaches valuable lessons about how machines work. Once built, it becomes both a decorative centerpiece and a functional reminder of the history of communication. In a world dominated by screens, the ROKR typewriter offers a refreshing alternative that encourages creativity, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to the written word. It’s more than just a typewriter it’s a statement about valuing tradition and craftsmanship in the modern age.

I have chosen the Library of Wonders. I love to read, especially fantasynovels. And I love to visit bookshops and libraries. This kit is exactly the mix between two things I love.

One of my favorite visits to a library was the National Library in Paris, special visit because of my 60th anniversary.

And I know that I would always be reminded of that visit when I would have this kit on my shelf. The ceiling-‘curls’ even look a bit alike, I think

I chose the Sakura Tree House because the very first time I saw this kit, it immediately caught my eye among all the store displays. The pink blossoms and tiny details are just stunning! I’m definitely going to build this beautiful kit in the future!:cherry_blossom:

This is a beautiful kit! I got it for a Leaderboard prize and just loved it from beginning until complete!

That typewriter brings back memories. I began writing on one like that and used it until I got a word processor. I don’t miss the days of having to retype mistakes and White-Out!

I chose the Manta Ray. I just love the smooth undulating motion of the ray’s fins. It’s mesmerising.

The event was ended but the manta ray was an excellent choice though. Thanks for sharing!

I love the Sakura Treehouse! It’s absolutely stunning! The details are so refined and beautiful, my favorite color is pink so it will fit perfect into my life. I hope one day to make this I have so many ideas of what to add to this. It just looks so Zen to me.

I voted for the typewriter. I love mechanical kits that just work and look good at the same time.

I do love the library of wonders too, but I already made that one
