Cheap, off brand kit, outdoor living house

Found this cheap miniature kit at kmart a few days ago and i was so intrigued, i had to buy it to see what it was like, for $16 AUD (on clearance) i wasnt losing out on much if it was terrible.

It actually wasnt THAT bad. There wasnt really enough fabric to cover the couch properly and its really dodgy haha it is also missing a leg but i hid it by leaving off one that wasnt seen.

The light is fake and doesnt work. You could probably put one in if you could drill some holes though.

Its pretty minimal, i might add a few things that i collect as spares from kits over time to fill it out a bit more.

I did still enjoy trying a different type of kit. The materials were good quality mostly but still not comparable to rolife in my opinion.

I still really like it and i think its super cute being so pink :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I wouldnt go out of my way to buy one again. It was interesting to see what was included and how the build went.

The verdict… Robotime forever for me :heart_hands:

It turned out very nice. Before I learned about Robotime, I also made cheaper kits, but you really notice the difference in quality. I’ve decided to stick with Rokr; the other kits make me swear too much :zany_face:

Thank you for sharing. I like the colour combination but I agree it needs more details. The details of Robotime kits are amazing. Robotime forever for me too.

I was the same too. I got a few kits from Temu and they drives me insane. Never go back there to purchase kits ever again.

Thanks! Yes the quality difference is very noticable. :rofl: sometimes they make me swear too, when i put glue on something and theb drop it on my carpet or onto the build somewhere i didnt want glue :rofl:

It looks so cute with all the pink. Despite all the missing things you said, it doesn’t look like it miss anything. You did a great job on this kit.

As a beginner, I also appreciate Rolife kits better than other brands too.

Its a cute design i thought too, thanks! I think it will be better with more details. I want to add a desk and chair under the stairs for the laptop. The kit had it on the couch but i think it will fit better on a desk

It is a little different! I havent seen any rolife in these double story designs except for the mysterious world series but they are also different lol
