[Challenge & Achievement] Mrs Charlie’s Dining Room #1

I confess that I didn’t get a whole lot done but I did spend quite a bit of time on the kit.
Being DIY, there was a lot involved. I spent over half an hour making the goblet. It looks nothing like it is supposed to but hey, it’s done.
The clay was dried out and I used what I have here at home but I have to wait for it to dry out and be careful that it doesn’t overbalance and land somewhere meaning redoing.

I did jump ahead and work on some of the furniture. And I did some painting to give me a break from the small items.
So, here is one photo of the small amount I have accomplished.
Isn’t it funny how the hours I have spent are reflected in this tiny output?

These are the best type of kits. You get lots of building time and your skilss improve rapidly during the build. It looks really great.

Thanks so much Jo. Nothing is turning out like it should but I figure that nobody else will know that ha ha

Many thanks @Alicesharpe and @ThaoNguyen

I love your description of yourself lol I plan on doing a bit each night. I might even put my frame together now, rather than at the end so that I can put things in as I go and I might feel better with my progress.
