I confess that I didn’t get a whole lot done but I did spend quite a bit of time on the kit.
Being DIY, there was a lot involved. I spent over half an hour making the goblet. It looks nothing like it is supposed to but hey, it’s done.
The clay was dried out and I used what I have here at home but I have to wait for it to dry out and be careful that it doesn’t overbalance and land somewhere meaning redoing.
I did jump ahead and work on some of the furniture. And I did some painting to give me a break from the small items.
So, here is one photo of the small amount I have accomplished.
Isn’t it funny how the hours I have spent are reflected in this tiny output?
I love your description of yourself lol I plan on doing a bit each night. I might even put my frame together now, rather than at the end so that I can put things in as I go and I might feel better with my progress.
I hope you’re not holding your breath waiting lol I’m back at work today, so will only be building at nights this week.
I’m really hoping that my colours all come together.
Oooh older diy kits look really fun omg!! I just love it when a kit takes you days and weeks to finish it just adds to the excitement you feel while building !! and you can always customize them however you want which is always a nice addition!!
