So I spent the entire day finishing off this challenging kit. Believe me I have had to make so many modifications due to breaking parts but overall I love it. The only serious problem I couldn’t rectify is that one of he lights won’t light up ..Unfortunately it is the one at the very front which lits up the orb. I even was desperate enough to ask for help from hubby but even he was scratching his head and couldn’t get it to light either. Too bad I’m not going to worry about it now… here it is…

I also took a pic of it near a diet coke can so you can see the scale… tiny.

What if you contact the brand to get the light issue sorted out?

Carmie this is so cool! I love including the pop can It really shows the size! That is small and makes it more challenging. Great work!

It’s a beautiful kit!! I really love how small it is but yet full of so many details!

I made this kit 2 years ago and i know how much work this one is and how easy things break. You did a amazing job. I always check every time i add a light string if all the strings still work so i can still fix it in between.

This build looks beautiful. I especially like the stained glass windows and the top floor. I’m sorry you couldn’t get the light to work though.

This is tiny and absolutely gorgeous Carmie. The amount of detail contained within the build is incredible. You have done an amazing job with this and I really love it!

Carmie, what a triumphant finish, and wow, the Diet Coke can really shows just how tiny this Magic House is! You powered through all those broken parts and still ended up with something beautiful, that orb light may be stubborn, but your build absolutely shines. Thanks for sharing it with us, this is such a lovely result!

honestly the fact that you kept going after broken pieces AND lighting issues is impressive because i would’ve been fighting for my life :joy::sob:

but wow this turned out BEAUTIFUL. the giant clock window and all the tiny details make it look so magical :sparkles: honestly i barely noticed the light issue at all!

You really powered through on this one! :flexed_biceps: Even with all the modifications and those frustrating breakages, it’s clear you poured a lot of effort and care into finishing the kit.

Glue is an amazing tool and painting to hide the mistakes lol.
