And…it’s finished! I really really love this theme so much! It’s the closest to the ocean I will get for a long time, so I love looking at that water effect! As I mentioned in my progress posts I especially like the little details in this kit, like the rooftop swimming pool.
I did a lot of painting on this one. The most noticeable is the railing, and chair in the front. I also changed the color of the rooftop of the nook itself. I didn’t like the color of the roofs on the homes so I caged hat as well. Please see my other posts for all the other changes I made.
The only Issue I came across with this build is that the back wall didn’t want to fit into the right wall. I never did get it to stay in place.
One other change I made was to add a piece of acrylic for a front dust cover. I wish this kit had come with it, but I like what I did, so it’ll work.
Some day I would love to visit a place like this, but for now I will run the lights on and enjoy the view! Having a daytime and nighttime view is a great touch!

It’s a great idea that you’ve put an acrylic to cover it from dust. I wish Robotime included it. Overall, it’s a beautiful kit. You did an amazing job to customize it.
@Sasa I really wish I could see the ocean soon. Probably won’t be able to until next summer for a family vacation. Until then, I’ll dream by looking at this build.
