Earlier this spring we talked about the beautiful Cherry Blossom Trees that were soon to bloom. I do not have one but I do have a Catalpa. Beautiful blooms! This is also called a cigar tree. If you look at the picture you will see these long branch like things hanging down. Those are the “Cigars”
Although the tree is quite beautiful in full bloom, it is also extremely messy. I do not think my neighbors would mind if we got rid of it! Well here are the pictures of the tree and the mess!

It does have beautiful blooms but if you feel the need to get rid of it, I totally understand.

I feel bad for my neighbors roof! I have mixed feelings about the tree!

It’s beautiful! It would be a shame to get rid of it.
It really is beautiful. I can see why the neighbours hate it but it doesn’t drop its blossoms all year round.

Wow it looks beautiful. I love flowers so seeing a tree packed with flowers just make me want to pull my camera out. However, lots of cleaning involved with a tree this big

It also provides an awful lot of shade. I think she will be safe for now.
They have not asked us to remove yet. We all just kind of joke about all the blossoms. And yes it blossoms once a year and we enjoy for about 1-2 weeks.
As I was looking at her yesterday, I thought of all the conversation around the Cherry Blossoms (aka Sakura) She just looked so regal with all the flowers so I did just that. Took out my camera and shared.

The blooms do look lovely but I understand the mess. My village also has trees that shed it’s flowers and leaves depending on the time of the year. We have to clean up everytime that happens.
It is almost sad to see them on the ground!
It is same here but here we have Palash, this is the one know as “fire of forest” flower
