Where does a magnet go? Funny I found a magnet laying around. No clue where it came from or what it was for. About the size of a tiny brick
If yours came without then it could possibly faulty that came without it. Hopefully you will receive the replacement part soon.

Hi, I’ve got the magnet but have no idea how to get it to stay in the piece. I’ve put it in but it just falls out

I cannot remember if I glued or used the double sided tape. I will try to find my book and see what I see. It has been a couple months since I built it

So I pulled out my book and my weight actually never made it on there. I have more of a rectangular set up. I would put just a tiny dot of glue I think to hold it on.
Funny my manual never even discusses it. I remember cleaning up after and finding a rectangular magnet. No clue what it was for until someone mentioned.

Yes, I’ve looked at the manual and the magnet isn’t mentioned. I thought it was for keeping the screws safe while building. I’ve nearly finished it and didn’t dropvany screws on the floor so it worked. Now I’ll use it for its intended purpose

Hello there, The magnet is attached with adhesive. In your case, the magnet may have come off due to insufficient glue applied during the manufacturing process.
