I went to my in-laws’ for dinner over the weekend and managed to grab photos of the one Teddy bear series kit (Memorable Classroom TD04) I built back in 2019. She had it out on full display, so the whole thing’s been totally sun-bleached. :face_holding_back_tears:

I used AI to touch up the first photo so it kinda shows what it used to look like. Lesson learned: don’t let your kits bathe in full sunlight. :laughing:

I tried to take as many photos as I could without removing the case since I didn’t want to disturb her entire display shelf.

I absolutely love this kit, it’s such an unique design and there was so much to do. :pink_heart: As almost everything was handmade, it was a kit that took me a while to finish. Looking back at it now, I can really see how much my wirework has improved when compared to the dreaded Dora’s loft. :blush:

@Wenbare This one is for you! I think you would’ve loved making this. :heart:

OMG!!! What a gorgeous piece, @JDisaduck! This kit never made it here at all. I think I only ever saw it in photos and that’s it. It looks like such a beautiful kit, and it makes total sense that it took you a while because it’s full of tiny details. Thank you for thinking of me :heart:

It was definitely a limited release I bought this school set from China because I wanted it so badly. :laughing:

I really hope they’ll bring something similar back because a school is perfect for you and I know you’ll make your own twist. :pink_heart:

I absolutely love this, it’s still one of my favourites. This one was from 2019 and I’m actually sad Rolife stopped making kits like this. :face_holding_back_tears:

Oh I love this one @JDisaduck, I’ve never seen this one before. It is very cute :blush: It’s great you seeing your skills improve over the different kits, I should look back on mine too. Dora’s loft was my first, I had no idea it was one of the harder ones and I still wanted to make more :joy::joy::joy:

I hear that many enjoy the complexity of the older kits. This warm Christmas Lodge is like one of those.

It would be fun to paint a mural on the wall that got bleached. Too bad you probably don’t know anyone who could paint a beautiful tiny mural.

The upside is that you can find them on sale sometimes. I just bought an older style kit online for a sale price.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen this one, though.
