Beginner mistakes happen to everyone. 
Here are a few lessons I learned along the way to help make your miniature building journey smoother, more enjoyable, and a little less gluey.

I make mistakes on every kit. 
Me too! Those were just to remind me but still not sure if avoidable.
I just like to think every mistake adds a little personality to the build. If I can hide it well enough, it officially becomes a “custom feature.”

I always make a mistake. I never had a perfect - no mistake- build ever. Lol!
We should learn to trouble shoot and try to find a work around those pesky challenges we have when we build. 
Hahaha, same here! I don’t think I’ve ever had a completely mistake-free build either. Sometimes the best part of the hobby is figuring out how to fix those little surprises. They usually end up teaching us new techniques, and sometimes the workaround turns out even better than the original plan!
Mistakes are part of building and learning. Hiding those mistakes is also a skill. 
Hahaha, so true! Sometimes I think I’ve become just as good at hiding mistakes as I have at building miniatures. If no one can spot it, it officially counts as a successful “customization!”

That’s a perfect list! As far as glue goes for me, check twice, glue once! I once glued a gear while not paying attention!
