A lot of these kits require sanding to be honest. Which is fair since you can’t really control if the wood swells etc. as opposed to plastic so don’t be too stressed.
I don’t really see any painting marks you’re referring to lol! Are you looking with a magnifying glass again!
You can try a little touch up with an acrylic marker but I would test a scrap if possible. Sometimes the walls are separate and sometimes they come on a board and you punch them out. If that is the type, you may be able to use the board to match the color. Otherwise it may be in an area you wont even notice ot see!
Thank you so much for the helpful tips. The wall is a kind of cutout paper. Unfortunately, there is no excess same kind of color as the wallpaper. Maybe I’ll try your suggestion to color it but still hesitating since it’s not a watercolor paper. It might not blend well.
