This is a quick update on my soon to be open bakery!
Unfortunately I’ve hit a tricky part very early in my journey, but it’s a pretty easy fix. The strawberry cake that was supposed to fit in the display cabinet was somehow too tall. I double checked the instructions and I don’t think I made a mistake, but who knows if my after-work brain is even braining correctly. I ended up having to cut and shave down the tips of the two strawberries by a decent amount to fit the cake on the top shelf.
I am absolutely in love. The details are incredible, can you believe that the print outs are double sided? I got completely sidetracked reading about fresh baked cookies and breakfast choice.
These are so cute! I definitely enjoyed making the new design for a change. No glue required and the boxes already had creases right where I needed to fold them.
On a side note I couldn’t resist the community sale so I bought two kits for myself and another one which was the AK47 gun for my colleague’s son. I’m hoping he will enjoy it!
Your progress is great! It’s a shame about the cake not fitting, but im glad you still worked out how you could squeeze it in!
What kits did you buy for yourself? I’m way to broke to be buying myself Robotime kits when it’s this close to Christmas so I will have to live vicariously through the rest of you for now!

Aww I hope your dog will be ok! Vet bills are expensive and this close to Christmas pretty much every spare $$ goes to my kids now! I’m thankful I have a few kits here left to craft before I run out! Haha
They weren’t high on my wish list but I couldn’t resist a sale and it’s my birthday today so I thought I’ll treat myself hahahahah. It’s a dangerous mindset to have.
Great job! I love it when the boxes are indented so you can just bend them together and be done with them!! I see teddy is having a great time helping as usual! One tip! When you get to the little candy filled bags and it says to use the plastic the paper stuff came in, use a sandwich baggy instead, the plastic is way easier to deal with lol!
