Yes lol. Sometimes I wonder how we are chosen to win lol. Oh now that I’m here I was trying to order a replacement kit via the robotime fill part replacement page for robotime bc my kit I had got damaged and all robotime was able to do was offer me a replacement kit via that option so technically I would have been able to rebuy it for 25$ instead of original price but then they had ran out of USA warehouse and I cancelled the order but now I was hoping it was back in stock so I repurchase the kit via that same option just yesterday and I emailed robotime saying that I wanted the kit again for 25$ as promised maybe this time it would be back in stock and they emailed me back saying that they can’t take orders that way and that I was going to get my money back.. okay so now what lol. It says I have a refund for 55$ because I wanted to buy two replacement kits and they charged me a international fee of which they have no control over so who do I go to for the international fee to get that back? Sorry I’m all over the place hopefully you could help me
@Jesse_James Sorry to hear you’re going through all that hassle! For the international fee, I don’t think your bank or credit card provider will waive or refund it, as those are non-refundable processing charges from them. Hopefully, Robotime’s customer service can at least help clarify the stock issue for you.
