Art Gallery - Corner Fairy Tales - DIY Miniature Kit (Non-Rolife) - Completed

Today, I have completed this art gallery miniature kit. I just finished it as a warm up while waiting for my Nanci and other Rolife kits to arrive. The instruction is written in different language so I have to use a translator for this one but most of all, I just assume where to put things as shown in the box. :joy: The material is mostly made of paper and hard cardboard. I almost broke the light because it fell off easily when I’m rotating the bulb. In terms of quality, I still prefer Rolife/Rokr kits.

Next time, I will do a customize art studio using a Rolife kit since I can’t find the Ada’s Studio kit anymore. I’m still thinking what Rolife kits should I do first this month. I prefer the food box kits since I love doing simpler kits but I think they will be arriving on mid January so I will do the kits that I currently have onhand first.

I love the colour temperature of this kit. Pastel and light, very customizable! You should paint the canvas!!!

It looks beautiful  and I agree with Miriam, why not paint the canvas? That would feel more personal.

Thank you. I love the colors too. I’m afraid to draw in the canvas. I might mess it up. :joy: I could only draw a stick man there.

I suddenly thought you could add some images to the picture drawing.

I think my drawing will make the kit uglier. I don’t have the confidence to draw on that canvas. Maybe next time.

Thank you so much. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I appreciate those kind words. I hope I can be an expert like you guys in the future and have a looong patience in building kits.

Very cute. You stated that you prefer the quality of Rolife and ROKR over this brand. What kits have you done previously?

Yes, maybe if I have time I will print some images. Thank you for the suggestion. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I’ve done Super Creator kits, 3D wooden puzzle Carousel and the Christmas fireplace. I’ve seen the actual product of Rolife/Rokr too at the mall and I say that it’s high quality because they’re using woods and more realistic objects than the miniature I’ve built today since mostly of materials there are just paper and cardboard which is more prone to damage. Since I’m a fan of simpler kits, I buy Super Creator kits more.

I was interested to see how it turned out. It looks pretty cute.

A cute little kit, I like that it is like looking into a little box! I look forward to seeing what your next build will be! :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you so much. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I find it cute also and I will make that my inspiration to be back at painting and drawing again.
