Any tips on removing the supercreator pole?

Hi guys, does any one have a good tip on removing the supercreator pole? I’ve tried to rock the pole back n forth, left and right. Sometimes it works, sometimes it takes a great deal of strength to yank it out.
If you have any hack for removing it with ease, please kindly share with me😭 thank you

Twisting it and pulling, it should break free eventually but if something does break, ive always had a break experience with Robotimes customer services! They sent me a replacement in no time :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Twisting it and pulling, you will remove. or consider adding another floor or roof.

I am trying to shift the rooms around so some poles get very stuck to the ceiling plate or the floor. I try to push the pole left and right, front and back. It does come off, but with a lot of strength🤣

That’s why I was asking if there’s better ways to remove the pole.

Such a beautiful kit.

Welcome @Smiskiville I have not done a supercreator yet so unsure how to answer but if looks like others have been able to give you some tips. Once you get it all situated though, take a pic and post. I would love to see your completed kits!

Welcome to the community @Smiskiville!
Yes, that pole can be really tricky to remove. The best way—though it can feel a bit forceful—is to gently move it side to side while pulling upward at the same time. That slight rocking motion helps loosen the grip without damaging the base. Just be patient and keep steady pressure—it’ll pop out eventually!

Welcome to the community. Isn’t it mentioned in the manual somewhere how to do it?
