🍶 A Cozy Night at the Izakaya 🏮

Just finished building the Japanese Izakaya Book Nook, and I absolutely loved every minute of it! :sake::red_paper_lantern::fallen_leaf:

This build took me about 2 hours to complete and was such a relaxing project. The details are incredible, from the tiny grilled food and lanterns to the cozy little storefront that feels like it came straight from a quiet Japanese side street

I also customized the kit by adding a few extra flowers and plants around the entrance to give it a little more life and make it feel even cozier. I love making each build my own by adding little touches like extra flowers and greenery

This little izakaya is now joining my growing Japanese miniature street, and I can’t wait to see the whole collection come together. I’m also in the process of adding more shelves so I can create an entire street. This collection has quickly become my favorite because each storefront has its own unique charm while still fitting together perfectly. I can’t wait to see the full display finished and watch every building light up—it already feels like a tiny, cozy town coming to life :japan::red_paper_lantern::sparkles:

Building this little izakaya made me want to visit Japan even more someday :white_heart:

Do you have any themed book nook or miniature collections? I’d love to hear what you’re collecting next!
