So, to say I have been bitting by the Super Creator series bug is an understatement.
Out of the 18 kits I have built so far I have been impressed that I was only missing 2 small pieces, which I ordered replacements for quite easily. I already received the ‘approved/shipped’ emails. However, the one I just opened, Holiday Tea Time was missing the whole electronic bag, light and power box. I put in the order, but am worried that having put in 2 orders, now missing a whole bag is going to be an issue.
I also noticed this time, that is also an option for spare parts purchase…can I order extra parts? For example I think it’s crazy that the ice cream shop only comes with one chair…who wants to eat ice cream alone .….can I order the parts for another chair if I am willing to pay for them?
Also, I haven’t set up all my lighting yet…but a couple so far are very fiddly and temperamental (noteably the Gamer Queen computer and Little Bear Cafe sign). I have tried the obvious, checked the connections/ cord…but it didn’t help other than…depending on how it was laying at that moment, flickering and sometimes staying on. Is this normal? Suggestions ?
Wow, 18 Super Creator kits already! That’s impressive, and I can understand why you’d be a little worried about a whole missing electronics bag. Hopefully the replacement request goes through just as smoothly as the smaller parts. And I’m with you on the ice cream shop, one chair is definitely not enough!
@Msbroberts I hope the replacement bag comes soon … ive done 3 supercreators and a mini one ive only wired in one light as yet which does not flicker …
Wow! I think your collection is looking great! I wouldn’t worry about multiple orders like that, because I have definitely done that. I also ordered a couple extra of those usb power boxes for the super creators because I bought an old one that actually had a battery. I’ve never had any issues putting in multiple orders with them. They are the greatest about it.
What a fantastic collection - on the lighting, perhaps make sure the wires are all wrapped together as tightly as possible? I have a roll of electrical tape that I use to make sure everything is safe and secure once I’ve joined all the wires. Gorgeous work!

I would hope they would honour your request, it possibly makes more sense that the whole bag is missing because it probably somehow just didn’t get packed in the box when the kit was made up and hopefully they will take that into account when they get your missing parts request
I’m not sure about the other question but if they have items you can pay for then I don’t see why you couldn’t order another chair, like you say, who wants to go and eat ice dream by themselves
